Teal Nicholson is a somatic practitioner, stretch therapist, yoga instructor, and Ayurvedic wellness educator specializing in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed movement, and body-based healing. Her work blends TRE, neurogenic yoga, mindful movement, and Ayurvedic principles to help people gently release stored stress, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable capacity for more ease, creativity, and connection. Teal is passionate about offering natural, accessible tools that support healing without forcing or overwhelm.

Jess Hendrick is a relationship coach, occupational therapist, and yoga instructor who helps individuals deepen their emotional awareness, improve communication, and build more authentic, fulfilling connections. Her work supports people in understanding their relational patterns, moving out of survival dynamics, and creating healthier relationships with themselves and others. Jess brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work, guiding clients toward clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change.

  • Somatic practices (TRE & Neurogenic Yoga) to release stored tension and stress

  • Relational integration sessions to make meaning of what arises and support real-life change

We work with your nervous system — not against it — so emotions can move organically, safely, and at your pace.

Program Structure

6 Weeks | Live Group Experience on Zoom

From January 20th - February 26th, 2026

Each Week Includes:

  • 1 Somatic Session (TRE or Neurogenic Yoga)
    Release stored stress, tension, and protective patterns through gentle, guided movement.

  • 1 Integration Session
    Process what arises, connect it to your relationships and daily life, and build capacity through reflection and relational support.

*Each session is 90 minutes

Optional Support:

  • Introductory Session (1 week before start)
    Learn what TRE is, what to expect, and how to prepare.
    (Recorded and shared with all participants.)

  • Private WhatsApp Group
    Community support, shared reflections, and gentle accountability throughout the six weeks.
